Each family must RSVP for this event.

**This is open to any foster, adoptive, or kinship family in Northwest Ohio and is for every child within that family whether bio, adopted, foster, kinship, etc.**

We are giving away 80 tickets to the Toledo Zoo for kinship, adoptive and foster families for Friday, December 13 at 6 pm.

If you would like tickets, please complete the form below. Tickets can be picked up at our office or sent via mail. Tickets can MUST be used on Friday, December 13.

We will have a wait-list on tickets once we reach 80. Any tickets not picked up by December 1 will be given to wait-list participants.
